For many years, I searched for a simple and sincere way to bring the ancient wisdom of spiritual awakening into daily life. Even while working in the field of Information Technology, my heart was drawn to the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda and the quiet call of inner awakening.
This book was born from that journey.
My intention is to give you a clear starting point — a way to understand your energy, steady your mind, and begin the spiritual awakening process with confidence. Each chapter reflects what I wish I had when I first began: practical steps, clear guidance, and a path rooted in truth rather than complexity.
Paramhansa Yogananda often said, “God is Simple. Everything else is complex”.
